Here we have provided you with some useful information and tools to help you navigate the world of Foreign Trade.

What are Incoterms?

Incoterms are international commercial terms, created by the International Chamber of Commerce which regulate the rights and obligations between the buyer and seller for any import or export operation. They are standards used in the generation of any international purchase or sale contract to establish the activities, costs and risks associated with the international trade agreement.  Incoterms are important since they establish the rules to follow in a commercial agreement and avoid misunderstandings, since the cost of receiving or sending goods can vary considerably depending on the agreed operation.
